- Errand services including delivery, pickup, and shopping assistance ("Help Me Send/Get" and "Help Me Buy")
- Online marketplace for goods and services
- Connection between users and service providers (riders)
- Payment processing and transaction management
- Real-time location tracking for deliveries
- Membership and rewards programs
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Types
- User Account: For customers requesting services
- Rider Account: For service providers delivering orders (subject to additional requirements)
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or riders
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment disputes
- Manipulate ratings, reviews, or the rewards system
- Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
4.2 Content Standards
- You are responsible for all content you submit through the Service
- Content must be accurate and not misleading
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service
5. Errand Services
5.1 Service Types
- Help Me Send/Get: Delivery and pickup services between specified locations
- Help Me Buy: Shopping and delivery services for requested items
5.2 Order Placement
- All service requests must include accurate pickup/delivery addresses and item descriptions
- Prohibited items include illegal goods, hazardous materials, and items restricted by law
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any order
5.3 Pricing and Fees
- Service fees are calculated based on distance, item type, and service demand
- Prices are displayed before order confirmation
- Additional fees may apply for waiting time, tolls, or special handling
- All prices are in the local currency
5.4 Order Cancellation
- Users may cancel orders before rider acceptance with no penalty
- Cancellations after rider acceptance may incur fees
- Riders may cancel orders for safety or legitimate reasons
6. Marketplace Transactions
6.1 Product Listings
- Product information is provided by merchants
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions
- Actual products may vary from images or descriptions
6.2 Purchase and Payment
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the merchant
- Payment is processed through our integrated payment gateway
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
6.3 Returns and Refunds
- Return policies are determined by individual merchants
- Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe
- We reserve the right to investigate and mediate disputes
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Methods
- We accept credit/debit cards, mobile payments (KBZPay), and other approved methods
- You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
7.2 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
- We do not store complete credit card information
- You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account
7.3 Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
8. Membership and Rewards

- Membership status is determined by usage and spending
8.2 Points and Rewards
- Points are earned through purchases and service usage
- Points may be redeemed according to program rules
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable

- Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

You may disable location services, but this may limit Service functionality.

We are not responsible for third-party services and their respective terms apply.

- Accuracy of information provided by users or merchants
- Availability of riders or delivery timeframes
- Quality of goods or services provided by third parties
12.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
